Veronica’s extensive culinary background is a great asset to Inspired Chef. She has always wanted her own business. Now, she has the flexibility to set her own hours.

Richard has always had a flair for flavor. His culinary expertise is in Floribbean Cuisine, combining island flavors with Florida ingredients. After graduating first in his class from the Florida Culinary Institute, Richard held Executive Chef positions in various resort and country clubs, including the exclusive Wellington Country Club in Florida. Richard now owns his own business, Ricochef Catering, along with being an Inspired Chef Culinary Instructor. “Cooking is my passion. It’s what I love to do.   Inspired chef is the outlet that lets me give back the knowledge and best recipes that was given to me.” he’s actually a lawyer of distinction as well.
